Milestone Place SRO

For single homeless men and women there is a desperate need for secure and supportive housing programs to assist them in gaining self-confidence, necessary work experience, and an economic foundation from which to move closer to self-sufficiency.  For these men and women, CFLS' Milestone Place offers hope, a home, and the pathway to a better future for 35 single men and women. 

Milestone Place SRO (Single Room Occupancy) is located in Northeast, Washington, D.C.   Like residents in CFLS' other housing programs, Milestone residents work with a case manager to develop independent life skills and achieve specific goals in the areas of education, job training, budgeting, health and wellness, and social skills.  Residents are also supported by substance abuse counselors, health and wellness counselors, and counselors from CFLS' Employment and Community Service Programs.
