Direct Placement

CFLS' Employment Specialists have developed relationships with a variety of employers throughout the Washington Metropolitan area.  These employers contact us directly when they have job openings that may be suitable for our clients.

Our Employment Specialists pre-screen clients to determine their skills and what their interests are. The specialists then work with the client and employers to place the client in a position that  is best for them. This furthers the relationship with the employer and helps an unemployed individual move forward with his or her life.
