Become a Tutor

Help ensure that low-income and homeless children receive adequate educational and social support by becoming a youth tutor.  Participants will work with a child weekly in through a curriculum-based tutoring program, homework help, and enrichment activities.  At the end of the school year, you will learn almost as much as your student!

All tutors are asked to commit two hours, once a week to CFLS.  Tutoring takes place from October to May every year.
